Dr. Hassman is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association. After earning his medical degree from Philadelphia Osteopathic School of Medicine, he completed his internship at Kennedy Hospital and his residency in 1995 at Suburban General Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania. With extensive training in clinical research in the areas of general internal medicine, Dr. Hassman serves as the practice's Chief Medical Director for Hassman Research Institute. He has conducted studies in diabetes, arthritis, lipid disorders, hypertension, and infectious diseases, and has a special interest in the field of sports medicine and injury prevention.
